It's bad enough that modern American television has dumbed much of society down to the point of practically being illiterate. I didn't think my readers would be part of that trend as well.
Well, here goes my attempt at what apparently passes for modern literature:
Hi. I am a cat. I am a nice cat. Will you pet me? I like it when you pet me. Purr purr. Meow.
