And So It Begins

The people are gone, now. They left quite early - so much so, in fact, that I was awakened from my deep sleep in order to be brought to the basement to join the others. A rude awakening, indeed.

If only I knew how long they'd be gone, I could at least count the days, hours, and moments. As it is, I will do my best to be cheerful and supportive - a true, and noble leader for those around me, who (no doubt) are suffering even more than I.
